Terms & Conditions

Cancellation/ prepayment

• 100% will be charged at the time of reservation.
• If canceled 14 days before arrival, 80% of total amount will be refunded.
• If canceled 2 days before arrival 20% of total amount will be refunded.
• Room prices include the taxes.

Arrival and access

• Check-in: 14:00 – 18:00 (outside these hours the check-in is by prior agreement).
• Check out: until 11:00
• At the main entrance door press No. 2 to ring us.
• There is no lift – stairs only, but all rooms are on the ground floor.

Children and extra beds

• No children under 12 years old.
• There is no capacity for extra beds.

Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed. A penalty fee of 50 Eur will be charged.

Parties

• Parties and visitors are not allowed. No loud music from 22:00 till 8:00.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.
